Hot rolled steel pipes are made to specific physical dimensions by passing metal sheets through rolls. Finished surface rough, welded structure or seamless structure. Hot-formed structural square steel pipes have a smaller fillet radius, which improves the appearance of hollow profiles and avoids the risk of brittle fractures that sometimes occur in cold-formed hollow profiles. It achieves an extremely high level of formability and dimensional consistency, with exceptional weldability.
The void area of the thermoformed square tube has no white spots and internal stress, it can save material cost and have a lighter structure. This product is generally used in the industrial field to complete some structural related tasks, such as structural engineering (bridge, highway construction, etc.), industrial equipment, mechanical parts, road signs, deck railings, etc.

S275J0H Thermoforming Square Tube:

S275J2H Thermoforming Square Tube:
This grade is mainly used in high temperature environments. Features: Seamless Finish, Shear Strength, High Durability, Rugged Construction.
S355J0H Thermoforming Square Tube:
No additional maintenance and maintenance is required for a long time, and it is characterized by good strength, high conductivity, easy disassembly, good quality and durability. Hot-formed S355J0H square steel pipes have better properties than cold-formed ones.
S355J2H Cold Formed Square Tube:
Made by a high frequency induction welding process, it is suitable for both exterior and interior applications. There is no internal stress at all, the manufacturing coefficient is high, the material is light in structure, and the cost is saved.
The available grades of square steel pipes are EN, ASTM, GB and JIS.
The section size of the hot-formed structural square steel pipe can reach 800mm, the thickness can reach 35mm, and the normal supply length is 6m~12m, but other lengths of 4m~16m can be provided upon request. Additionally, other lengths are available upon request. This meets almost all international quality standards and undergoes various tests.
